The 10x10 essentials.
A 10x10 kitchen means ten linear feet of base cabinetry and ten linear feet of wall cabinetry — the workhorse footprint of most townhomes and single-family kitchens across Northern Virginia.
Your $13,999 complete remodel includes 14 linear feet of solid plywood, soft-close cabinetry* — 30" wall cabinets finished with 3.5" cove molding, a lazy susan corner cabinet, and standard hardware.
It also covers demo and haul-away, quartz countertops and tile backsplash, installation of four appliances, LVP flooring throughout, and walls and ceilings painted (paint not included).
Upgrade paths — including 24"-deep cabinetry above the refrigerator, panel-ready refrigeration, and a 15" wall cabinet over the microwave — are available at your design consultation.
