We produce layout drawings, elevations, and a fixed-price scope. We refine together until the design — and the number — are exactly right. No work begins until you sign off on both.

We bring you to the slab yard, hand you finish samples, and lock in every fixture, tile, and hardware choice. Lead times are confirmed and built into the schedule before we break ground.

Cabinetry is detailed with grain-matched shop drawings and confirmed with our manufacturers. We set a written construction schedule with trade sequencing, permit dates, and inspection checkpoints.

Demolition, framing, mechanicals, and finishes — managed under one contract with weekly updates. Dust is contained, floors protected, and the site left clean and locked each day.

We pull the final permit inspection, then walk the space with you against a shared punch list. We don't call it done until every item is closed and you're happy in the room.
